It was the noodles we turned to when we didn't have anything else to eat, it was a late night snack, it was crushed up dry and eaten like potato chips with friends, and of course...it was turned into wonderful meals such as this "Pad Mama." The seasoning powder does most of the heavy lifting, you just need a splash of soy sauce to season the veg and meat.
