日本初、-85℃まで冷やしたグラスで楽しむコーラエスプレッソ。 超低温冷凍庫で冷やしたグラスに、コーラとコーラの氷、そこへエスプレッソを注ぐ一杯です。最初はどんな味なのか想像できませんでしたが、香ばしさのあるコーラの風味が意外とよく合っていて、とても不思議なのにクセになる美味しさでした。ほかではなかなか味わえない、個性的で魅力のあるドリンクでした。 🏡Coffee Luwak Yokohama(コピ・ルアク珈琲) 🚃石川町駅から徒歩8分(8-minute walk from Ishikawachō Station) 📍211-4 Yamashitachō, Naka Ward, Yokohama 🌀The drink is served in a glass chilled to an incredible -85°C, then filled with cola, cola ice, and a freshly pulled shot of espresso. I honestly didn’t expect cola and espresso to work together, but the combination was surprisingly smooth. It had a rich, lightly roasted flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, making it incredibly refreshing. It’s definitely one of the most unique drinks I’ve tried in Japan. #japanesefood #japantravel
