These are the calls Teresa Smith of Dreams For Change receives every day from seniors. Rents have skyrocketed. Landlords have found loopholes. And the largest generation in American history is hitting 65, many with savings wiped out by the 2008 crash and facing ageism that shuts them out of the workforce. This is not just a San Diego story.
