When we arrived on this Greek island six weeks ago, Brian was a little broken. Both physically and mentally. He couldn't even lift a coffee cup. An injury that started in Canada had taken his strength and confidence, leaving him in quite a dark place. We want to share a few changes we've made that have made a huge difference.
