Birth vlog part 2

the way he grabs my hand is one of the strongest moments from the birth and has made me cry so many times 🤝🏼😩 at this point I was in so much pain I didn’t know what to do anymore. I haven’t honoured Robin enough for his loving support during the labour! he made me feel strong enough to keep going. he made me feel safe. he counted every contraction, told me when to breath and when to push. encouraged me to believe in myself. he felt my pain and comforted me to feel safe and confident! (and he let me use his forearm as a squeezing toy lol!). and even though I know this isn’t the same, it’s still such a big part of who we are, as a team! this is us in the gym! how we work together. how we support each other. how we encourage each other. how we celebrate each other and how we make the other one feel like anything is possible! this was us in the delivery room ❤️ I couldn’t have done this without him! love you forever.
