EASY Engine Bay CLEAN and Detailing any 4WD

Mud under the Bonnet? Want to know how to clean the engine bay? Or your about to sell your car? There's something about having a clean engine bay when you pop the bonnet. Here i show how i wash and clean the Pajero engine bay. Pajero Engine Bay Detailing (or any 4WD or 4x4 for that matter) can be very time consuming but somewhat satisfying when finished. If you're looking to sell your car, this will GREATLY increase your chance of getting TOP $$, by presenting the buyer a clean engine bay. BACKSTORY: I go to replace the both of the batteries which were starting to fail 6 mths ago, first the Primary.. then the Secondary. Lift up the bonnet to install them, and i realise the Engine Bay was still dirty from a previous 4WD trip to Loveday. This video is the first part - cleaning the engine bay. Cover motor and sparkplugs, fuse boxes and important areas before spraying water - water needs to be low pressure. If in doubt cover it and wipe it down later. Tighten all caps, push down lids and dipsticks. Make sure the car is relatively cooled down. The steam you see in this video, is hot water from a nearby tap.
