📌 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Mushrooms — 450 g / 15.87 oz
Red onion — 1
Red bell pepper — 1
Yellow bell pepper — 1
Garlic — 4 cloves
Ginger
Parsley
Soy sauce — 4 tbsp
Butter — 1 tsp
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
For the sauce:
Greek yogurt or sour cream — 2 tbsp
Mustard — 1 tsp
Honey — 1/2 tsp
Garlic — 1 clove
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper
👩🍳 Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower into florets, bring water to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour hot water over the broccoli, add salt and leave for 10 minutes.
Fry the mushrooms in butter over medium heat, cover with a lid and cook for 7–10 minutes. Stir, add soy sauce and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
In another pan, sauté the red onion in olive oil. Add chopped red and yellow bell peppers, ginger and finely chopped garlic. Cook the vegetables for 3–5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower. Mix everything well.
For the sauce, combine Greek yogurt or sour cream, mustard, honey, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper.
