It’s November 27th 2022 and DeKalb County Police receive a worried call from 30-year-old Quaneesha Johnson. She requested police presence and to be escorted inside her home because she feared her boyfriend DeMonte Smith. According to her, she had been out celebrating a friend’s birthday. This was her first night out since giving birth two months earlier. In the early hours of the morning she checked her phone to see a disturbing message from DeMonte who had been watching her three children overnight.
