Description
"Living Arts has helped me to figure out the possibilities of what I can actually do."
As part of South Australian Youth Week, Jasper’s stop-motion animation 'Colour My Garden' lit up the Adelaide Festival Centre’s Open-Air Screen, reaching thousands of people each day.
With guidance from Phi Theodoros, Lead Resident Artist with Living Arts, Jasper brought to life the story of a curious young girl and her caring aunty as they search for colour in a monochromatic world. Despite challenges along the way, the pair keeps moving forward thanks to some support along the way.
This powerful piece reflects Jasper’s own lived experience and his special relationship with his aunty.
