神無太刀 稽古 Kanna-Dachi training

天心流兵法 横浜支部より、各人の神無太刀（かんなだち）当てる稽古。 棒に当てる稽古法ですが、木剣ダメージと、標的ダメージを和らげるため、天心先生がペットボトル打つ方法を考案。 空を相手にする独り稽古を天心流では独形（どっけい）と呼びますが、相手をつけたり、物に当てたり、物を切ったり、バランスよい稽古が大事です。 From the Yokohama Branch of Tenshinryu Hyōhō: each practitioner performs Ateru-Keiko 当てる稽古 with Kannadachi 神無太刀. This is a training method in which the practitioner strikes a pole. However, to reduce damage both to the wooden sword and to the target, Tenshin Sensei devised a method of striking plastic bottles instead. In Tenshinryu, solo training performed against an empty opponent is called Dokkei 独形.
