Ingredients:
Potatoes â 6
Cabbage â 1/2 head
Onions â 2
Mushrooms â 4
Garlic â 3 cloves
Carrot â 1
Flour â 1/2 cup
Butter â 1 tbsp
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Tomato paste â 1 tsp
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley)
Salt, black pepper, Italian herbs
Egg â 1
Bay leaves, peppercorns

Prepare the potatoes:
Cut the potatoes, place them in a pot, add bay leaves and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, salt, cook until tender. Drain, remove spices, and mash the potatoes.
Cabbage filling:
Finely slice the cabbage and sautĂ© in olive oil. Add finely chopped onion, seasonings, tomato paste, and garlic. Cook covered for 7â10 minutes.
Mushroom filling:
