Republicans let the enhanced Obamacare subsidies expire, and now families are getting hit with massive premium hikes, downgraded coverage, and medical debt they cannot escape. The CBO projects nearly five million more Americans could become uninsured, while families who work, buy insurance, and try to do everything right are still being crushed by deductibles and hospital bills. America already spends more on health care than any other wealthy country, yet Trump and Republicans chose tax breaks for the rich while leaving sick people with debt, skipped care, and impossible choices.
