जयशंकर की तैयारी से भारत के हाथ लगी VETO Power? | 146 Countries Now Ready to Vote India in UNSC! #IndiaUNSC #VetoPower #Jaishankar #UNReform #IndiaDiplomacy #Geopolitics #IndiaStrategy India’s voice at the United Nations is becoming stronger than ever. As the debate over UN Security Council reforms gains momentum, calls for expanding permanent membership and giving India a bigger role are growing across many countries. In this video, we explain why India's bid for a permanent seat in the UN Security Council (UNSC) is receiving increasing international attention, how External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar's diplomatic outreach has strengthened India's global partnerships, and why UNSC reform has become a major global issue. The UNSC was established in 1945 after World War II and consists of 15 members — 5 permanent members (United States, Russia, China, United Kingdom and France) with veto power, and 10 non-permanent members elected for two-year terms. India is widely regarded as a strong candidate for permanent membership due to its growing economy, global influence, and long contribution to UN peacekeeping. India has participated in 50+ UN peacekeeping missions, has deployed more than 2,90,000 peacekeepers over the decades, and currently has around 5,300–6,000 Indian military and police personnel serving in UN operations worldwide. Many countries, including France and Russia, have publicly supported India's aspiration for a permanent UNSC seat. Several other nations across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Global South have also expressed support for reform. However, India has not yet become a permanent member and does not currently possess veto power. Any expansion of the UNSC requires broad international agreement and approval under the UN Charter. 🌍 India’s UNSC Campaign UNSC established – 1945 after World War II 15-member Council – 5 permanent, 10 non-permanent members Veto power – held only by the 5 permanent members India’s campaign – permanent membership aspiration 50+ peacekeeping missions – major UN contributor 2,90,000+ peacekeepers – among the largest contributors historically 5,300–6,000 personnel – currently serving in UN missions France & Russia – among supporters of India's candidature UN reforms – growing global demand for a more representative Security Council #gkdrishti gk drishti new video, gk drishti affairs, gk drishti news, gk drishti channel, India UNSC permanent seat, Jaishankar diplomacy, UN Security Council reform, India veto power debate, India peacekeeping missions, global geopolitics, India strategy, India rising India UNSC UN Security Council Reform India Veto Power Jaishankar Foreign Policy India Peacekeeping India Foreign Policy India Rising Global Geopolitics VETO power UNSC permanent Member OIC vs India Thanks for Watching 😊
