This restaurant stands out not only for its food but also because it is the only open-air dining spot on Autobahn Road, giving a unique experience for families and food lovers. I started with their special chicken brown, which honestly surprised me. I usually don’t prefer chicken over mutton, but this dish had a delicious chatapata masala that made it stand out. The flavor was rich, spicy, and perfectly balanced, making it one of the highlights of the visit. The mutton karhai was another strong dish, full of that traditional Shinwari taste that is expected from a place carrying this name. The spices were just right, and the mutton was cooked well with that classic karhai aroma. The star of the evening was their signature mutton dum pukht served with flavorful rice.
