Safety concerns mount in Federal Hill after recent shootings

Gunfire erupted in Baltimore’s Federal Hill neighborhood Saturday night just before 10 p.m., rattling residents and renewing concerns about safety near schools and residential blocks. Video surveillance obtained by FOX45 News shows what appears to be two shooters as their intended targets run off. The shooting happened just inside the Federal Hill neighborhood, “right on the border,” residents said.
