Chicken & Brinjal Mix Curry for villagers | বিশাল আয়োজন! ৫০ কেজি বেগুন, ৪০ কেজি মুরগি

Today in YouTube Village, our hardworking village women prepared a massive traditional meal using 50 KG long eggplants and 40 KG chicken. The cooking started with collecting and cutting fresh long eggplants into small pieces. The chicken was cleaned thoroughly and cut into pieces before being cooked with various spices to make a delicious bhuna. After the chicken bhuna was prepared, it was set aside while the women cooked a rich eggplant gravy in the same large cooking pot. Finally, the flavorful chicken bhuna was mixed into the eggplant gravy, creating a unique and delicious village-style curry. At the same time, nearly 50 KG of rice was cooked to serve the community. Once everything was ready, more than 300 village people gathered together and enjoyed the meal. Many women also carried rice and curry home so they could share the food with their family members during the evening. This video showcases the beauty of village life, teamwork, community sharing, and traditional outdoor cooking in rural Bangladesh. বাংলা: আজ ইউটিউব ভিলেজে গ্রামের মহিলারা প্রায় ৫০ কেজি লম্বা বেগুন ও ৪০ কেজি মুরগির মাংস দিয়ে সুস্বাদু গ্রেভি কারি রান্না করেছেন। প্রথমে বেগুন ছোট ছোট করে কেটে প্রস্তুত করা হয় এবং মুরগির মাংস পরিষ্কার করে ধুয়ে বিভিন্ন মসলা দিয়ে ভুনা করা হয়। এরপর একই বড় পাতিলে বেগুনের গ্রেভি রান্না করা হয় এবং শেষে সেই গ্রেভির মধ্যে ভুনা মুরগির মাংস মিশিয়ে রান্না সম্পন্ন করা হয়। পাশাপাশি প্রায় ৫০ কেজি চালের ভাত রান্না করা হয়। রান্না শেষে গ্রামের প্রায় ৩০০ জন মানুষ একসাথে বসে ভাত ও বেগুন-মুরগির ঝোল উপভোগ করেন। অনেক মহিলা আবার গামলায় করে খাবার বাড়িতে নিয়ে যান, যাতে পরিবারের অন্য সদস্যদের সাথেও এই খাবার ভাগ করে খেতে পারেন। গ্রামের ঐতিহ্যবাহী রান্না, একতা, ভালোবাসা এবং একসাথে খাবার ভাগাভাগির সুন্দর মুহূর্তগুলো এই ভিডিওতে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। ❤️ Please Like, Comment, Share & Subscribe for more traditional village cooking videos.
