Description

Climate change is a justice issue. Climate impacts magnify and deepen existing injustices experienced by individuals and communities particularly those who already face challenges due to gender, class, culture, race, sexuality, disability or age. Dr Maye’s Striking Voices project is an intersectional, transgenerational project where young people are the experts by experience of their climate justice advocacy, activism and education. It aims to help us better understand how young people get involved in climate justice activism and help educators learn better ways to support students.
