🧂 Ingredients
For pressure cooking the mutton:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onions – 2 medium (about 120 g), sliced
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1 large (about 80 g), chopped
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 handful
Green chili – 1
Mutton – ½ kg (small pieces, bone-in or boneless as preferred)
Water – 1 cup
For the green masala paste:
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 handfuls (a generous amount)
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
Green chilies – 3
Water – as needed (to grind into a paste)
For final cooking:
Oil – 4–5 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp (whole or use ½–1 tsp black pepper powder later)
Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
Lemon juice – 1–2 tsp (optional)
Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
