Description
The Canadarms have played a crucial roll in many spaceflights since the start of the space shuttle program. Canadarm has been absolutely essential to the International Space Station when it comes to assembly, relocating modules and berthing supply craft like the SpaceX Dragon and other craft for CRS cargo missions, and also the new additions planned to the ISS by Axiom Space. I'm showing you how Canadarm actually grabs objects using the LEE (Latching End Effector) mechanism. I'll also break down the two most prominent types of grapple fixtures, the PDGF and FRGF.
