Genesis wants to build a V8-powered supercar, and this is it: the Magma GT, a mid-engined two-door aimed at rivals from Porsche, Ferrari, AMG and McLaren. Because Genesis Magma Racing wants to enter the GT3 category, a road-going version will be needed. Hence why the GT and GT3 are so similar. We don’t know specifics about the platform, materials or engine size yet but we think it’s a small displacement V8. The new interior shows off analogue gauges, physical dials and a gate-style automatic transmission selector.
