We Skipped the Cruise Excursion to Mendenhall Glacier | Juneau Alaska 4K POV

We skipped the cruise excursion to Mendenhall Glacier and explored Juneau, Alaska on our own instead — driving ourselves to Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls during our Norwegian Bliss Alaska cruise. Instead of booking the ship's excursion, we rented a car through @turo so we could explore at our own pace, avoid the tour groups, and see one of Juneau's most popular cruise port attractions on our own schedule. After sailing into Juneau, we headed into town, picked up our rental car, and drove to the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Area. This short 4K POV Alaska cruise port adventure includes scenic glacier views, Nugget Falls, snow-covered walking areas, and our unexpected shortcut through deep snow and creek crossings.
