Police told WISN that the victim found their “freshly stolen car” and confronted the suspect at Teutonia Avenue and Capitol Drive. The car collided with a bus during the melee, according to WISN. Video taken by Courtney shows people trying to enter the driver’s side of the vehicle as it spins in a circle and runs into a median. A person can later be seen exiting the vehicle and running away from the scene. The suspect ran off, and no injuries were reported, police said. As of Wednesday evening, no arrests had been made.
