Let’s see how the X300 Pro holds up against it in camera performance. For portraits, the main sensors were used instead of the 3.7× telephoto, as the main cameras deliver noticeably higher image quality. Vivo X300 Pro adds a slight beauty enhancement by default, softening skin and brightening tones for a polished look. The Vivo X200 Ultra, with its 35 mm lens, keeps everything closer to reality—balanced tones, true colors, and well-preserved textures. Exposure control is smoother, and fine details around hair, lips, and eyes stand out more clearly. Overall, the Ultra delivers a more refined, natural portrait with stronger definition and depth. Vivo X300 Pro comes with the newer Sony LYT-828, a 1/1.28” sensor with f/1.57 aperture and CIPA 5.5 stabilization, improving on the X200 Ultra’s LYT-818 with f/1.69 and CIPA 5.0. Still, the Ultra’s 35 mm lens brings a more natural field of view and refined compression compared to the 24 mm lens on the X300 Pro, adding depth to each frame. Vivo X300 Pro carries Samsung’s 200 MP HPB sensor, 1/1.4” with f/2.67 aperture and CIPA 5.5 stabilization, offering steady and consistent results.
