• 2 tbsp cream
• 3 tbsp cheese spread
• 1–2 tbsp corn starch
For Kunafa Base:
• Kunafa lachha (shredded dough)
• 3–4 tbsp melted butter
For Garnish:
• Pistachios (sliced)
• Chocolate spread

1. Prepare Sugar Syrup:
In a pan, add sugar and water. Let it boil until slightly sticky. Keep aside.
2. Make the Filling:
Heat milk in a pan. Add sugar, cream, and cheese spread. Mix well until smooth.
Add corn starch and cook until it thickens. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
3. Prepare Kunafa Layer:
Take kunafa lachha and cut it slightly for easy handling.
Add melted butter and mix well.
4. Assemble:
Grease a small pan and spread a layer of kunafa lachha evenly.
Add the prepared milk-cheese filling.
Sprinkle lots of sliced pistachios.
Cover with another layer of kunafa lachha.
5. Cook:
Cook on low flame until the bottom turns golden and crispy.
Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden.
