1/4 cup (50 g) raisins.
1/2 cup (70 g) dried cranberries.
1/4 cup (60 ml) Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
100 g sugar-free dark chocolate.
Mixed nuts and dried fruits for decoration.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
