Sponsors help keep our channel going Original creator credit: https://www.tiktok.com/@samdoesherbest How we made the recipe: 8x8 inch pan We used 1 1/4 cup crushed keto cookies mixed with 4 tablespoons melted butter (pinch of salt) bake crust at 325 for 10 minutes 4 eggs 4 ounces softened cream cheese 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup liquid allulose bake at 325 for 30 minutes in a water bath, cool down for at least 5 hours in fridge! (we would add 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract to punch of the flavor or use fresh lemons and zest) This really does need to cool down for a long time, so keep that in mind. It was really good but it needed probably 3 more hours in the fridge to fully set!
