Renault Bridger Teased! to get boot mounted sparewheel like EcoSport?

Renault has teased a brand-new SUV concept called the Bridger, and it could preview a rugged sub-4 metre lifestyle SUV for India. The concept will be officially revealed on March 10, and the production version will be designed and developed in India. From the teaser, the Bridger appears to feature: A boxy silhouette Tailgate-mounted spare wheel Rugged styling similar to lifestyle SUVs The upcoming model is expected to sit below the Renault Duster and could rival SUVs like the Maruti Jimny and Mahindra Thar 3-door in the sub-4m segment. Reports suggest it could use the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine from the Renault Kiger, paired with manual and CVT options. If launched, this compact SUV could arrive in India around 2027-2028 with a price close to ₹10 lakh.
