This Is So Sad 😢 #viral This man discovered that his neighbors had left their dog on the top floor balcony for three days without food or water! At first when he heard the dog crying for help he thought its owners would come back by evening to take care of it. However he was completely wrong.. Three days later the dog was still trapped there all alone and growing weaker from starvation and dehydration. After realizing how bad the situation was the man quickly called the police and asked nearby neighbors for help. But at that time all they could do was give the dog some food and water, just enough to keep it alive.. To everyone’s surprise when the police contacted the owners they said they were still on vacation and couldn’t return in time, but they promised to send someone immediately to help the dog. Then the next day the owners did send someone to look after their dog even though they could have done so much sooner. A few days later, after an investigation the local animal protection team came to rescue the dog, and took it to a new safer shelter..
