Sitting at the heart of the Pardo range, the 43 builds on the success of the original with a new layout and updated styling. This boat is shown in IPS form, with twin Volvo Penta IPS650 engines delivering 480hp per side, aimed squarely at owner-drivers who want easy, manageable performance. On deck, the Pardo 43 sticks closely to the formula that made it such a hit. There is a hydraulic bathing platform rated at around 250 kg (551lb), easy water access, and useful storage right on the waterline. The cockpit is highly adaptable, with seating that flips between dining and sunpad modes, a larger and more practical wet bar, and a large hardtop. Forward-facing seating near the helm means more people can enjoy the ride when the boat is moving. Below deck, the second-generation changes become more obvious. The interior now feels like somewhere you can spend time, not just sleep. There is accommodation for four, with a twin mid-cabin, a proper bathroom with a separate shower, and a flexible forward space that converts from seating into a double berth without loose cushions. Larger hull windows bring in far more natural light, and added cooling space makes overnighting more realistic on a boat that still very much expects you to live on deck.
