Potato & Herb Quiche

Quiche comes in many shapes, sizes, and flavors, but this one really hits the "All American Breakfast" nail right on the head. It's got everything you could want (other than pancakes) from breakfast packed into peak Quiche form. The potato hash-brown shell really sells this thing for me personally, but the bacon is always a nice touch.
