1st Album “The Moon's Elbow” Listen to the album https://linkco.re/NP4t1gM5 「Where I Return」 Story by #IchikaNito A faint light began to seep into the room before dawn once again. The young man woke at the same hour as always, a time before the world had fully taken shape. Outside the window, the sky was fixed in a color that was neither blue nor gray. In his chest, several sensations rested gently on top of one another. The trembling hand of someone trying to record a night when a star had fallen, afraid that the memory might slip away. A child sitting alone on a dark road, and the face of the person who quietly handed them a small, glowing light. The footsteps of someone who kept moving toward a dancer of the night who never looked back. The mechanic pushed forward by the town’s heartbeat, running toward a path no one had ever walked. A traveler who looked up at a moon that would never return to its old shape, and walked on anyway. Even though it had lost its form, the voice still guided someone forward. A tuner who could hear the subtle voices of flowers, and remembered the single quiet resonance that bloomed between him and another. A boy that went home with a slightly lighter shadow, despite the nights when he couldn't cry. And the bird-keeper, who kept his lost companion’s voice in his chest as he rowed toward a new light. All of them were things that should have been happening far from anything he knew, in places he had never seen. And yet he felt that each fragment was quietly connected to something within him. The outside light grew stronger. The room began to reclaim its outline, and the ordinary things on his desk announced themselves one by one. The young man gently touched again the unspoken feelings that had been stirring in his chest. They still shifted shape when he tried to grasp them, moved away when he drew near, and refused to fit into any single name. But he realized he was no longer as afraid of that tremor as before. The star maps someone once drew while looking at the sky, the small lights someone lit up, the tears someone swallowed instead of shedding, the voice someone kept calling— All of it seemed to remain in this moment before the world began moving, remaining as faint shapes. He took a slow breath and closed his eyes. He couldn’t yet see where he was going. Even so, he knew that no matter how many times he returned, there was a place here that would always accept him. Between night and morning, between the world and himself, between the past and the future. Standing on that narrow boundary, the young man thought quietly: “No matter how far I go,I can always begin again from here.” The trembling in his chest was no longer just fear. It felt like the resonance of stories he had never seen echoing inside him— a small, warm tremor, urging him forward while carrying them all. Outside the window, morning finally began to take shape. The young man stood up. Once again, he found himself in front of the door, with no clear destination in mind. But one thing felt clearer than before. No matter where he goes, as long as he can always come back here, he can start over as many times as he needed. That certainty gently pushed him forward. #TheMoonsElbow
