Honestly... I have a hard time fully believing she booked the wrong room type by mistake. You would not believe the number of times a guest will book a room without enough beds for everyone on PURPOSE so they can try and guilt the front desk into giving them an upgrade or a second room for free. 🙄 "It'S aCtuAlLy ThE HoTeL's FauLt, nOt OuRs!"
