Silver Beach County Park Walking Tour

We visited Silver Beach County Park in St. Joseph, Michigan, and this beach turned out to be way more than we expected. From the massive shoreline along Lake Michigan to the walk out toward the lighthouse at the end of the pier, this ended up being one of our favorite stops on our Michigan road trip. Along the way, we learned this area was once home to the historic Silver Beach Amusement Park, explored the beach as a family, and even found out the water temperature only gets to around 60 degrees in the summer!
