Aussie Chopped Cheese Challenge // Kelso's Sandwich Shoppe

Your favourite deli sandwich shop just got even more elite. 🥖🔥 Kelso’s Sandwich Shop has 2 locations, but today I pulled up to Abbotsford to give their four menu favs the J Webby business. And now they’re serving up ice cold Jarritos too, this was always gonna be dangerous. 🥤 I kicked things off with the Kelso Classic. Think cheeseburger vibes loaded into a fresh sandwich packed with crisp salad and quality ingredients. Simple, fresh and hectic. Next up was the Beyond 2000. A full vegetarian setup with a Beyond Meat patty, and honestly… for a dedicated carnivore, this thing still hit hard. 🌱🍔 After smashing down a Mandarin Jarritos, it was time for the signature chopped cheeses. First up, the vegetarian chopped cheese with crispy tofu. These baguettes are absolutely loaded and it’s awesome seeing Kelso’s catering for heaps of different dietary requirements without sacrificing flavour. But then it was time for the heavyweight. Their best-selling grass fed beef chopped cheese. Aussie-style chopped cheese loaded with beef, cheese, fresh salad and packed into crunchy bread.
