What happens when you stand up to a bully?

The South Waikato District Council in New Zealand has a reputation for bullying people but this resident has a policy of standing up to bullies. In this, the latest installment of a long-running conflict, I defy the council's order that I not bring camera equipment to the chambers and do not record the public meeting.
