Test Track 3.0 is the latest reimagining of the popular EPCOT ride that opened on July 22, 2025, presenting the future of automotive technology inspired by the original World of Motion ride. General Motors returned as the sponsor for this version, which replaced the pre-show design studio with new digital show scenes like a "Garage of the Future" and a "Business District" that utilizes LIDAR technology to explain assisted driving. The ride still features the high-speed outdoor portion, but incorporates new tech effects, projections, and a storyline focusing on the "road to tomorrow". Key Changes in Test Track 3.0 World of Motion Inspiration: The new version incorporates elements from the original World of Motion ride, bringing back a classic, optimistic feel. No Pre-Show Design Studio: The interactive car design element from Test Track 2.0 was removed.
