2 eggs
100 g mozzarella
Salt, pepper

Grate the zucchini, add salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
Add eggs, oats, cheese, green onion, and spices. Mix well to create a zucchini oatmeal batter.
Form fritters and place them on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until golden.
