2 Tugboats, Log-Booms, Barge & Hopper Dredger On Fraser River

As seen from Westminster Pier Park in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, two tugboats taking log-booms upriver on the lower Fraser River pass by a Ledcor Group barge being towed downriver by another tugboat that is not visible (it's on the other side of the barge).
