FIFA head Iran's World Cup games will still be played in the US

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said Iran’s World Cup matches will remain in the U.S. after attending a friendly match between Iran and Costa Rica, in Turkey on March 31. The statement comes despite Tehran’s request to move the games to Mexico over safety concerns as the U.S and Israel continue it's attacks on Iran. Meanwhile, as FIFA's president was in the stands watching the game, Iran’s national team, including players and coaches, staged a protest holding images of children killed by US-Israeli attacks.
