TD WILMA has weakened into a Remnant Low Pressure after crossing Samar and Masbate. It is currently over Romblon as it moves westward towards Northern Palawan. Meanwhile, the Shear Line has moved northward towards the Eastern Sections of Northern & Central Luzon.
