DAY 4 // 3,185 of 10,000 Students — Future Generations Tour 2026 @havelocknorthhighschool As we rolled in on the bikes along Te Mata Road, students stopped and stared — that moment of curiosity when the crew arrives and the questions start before the kōrero even begins. Soon after, the auditorium filled with young men and women ready to listen. Real stories. Real kōrero. Real moments. You could feel the attention in the room as the stories landed — the kind of silence that tells you people are truly taking it in. Moments like that remind you how powerful it is when young people realise they’re not alone in what they’re going through. That’s the heart of this kaupapa. Students gathered around Jack and the team — asking questions, sharing stories, and continuing the conversations because the real impact isn’t just what happens in the auditorium — it’s the kōrero that starts afterwards.
