#Sudan: Doctors Without Borders is receiving as patients many of the people who have managed to flee El Fasher, including over the past few days. They tell us the city is now a scene of mass atrocities. Civilians continue to be directly targeted, without any distinction. “Children are not spared. Elderly people are not spared. Women are not spared. Civilian and medical infrastructures are also being targeted. Escaping from El Fasher is extremely difficult, those attempting to flee are victims of extortion, they must pay for their survival, and risk kidnapping, assault or worse.” Now more than ever we must #TalkAboutSudan.
