Full Belly Barbecues have officially opened their first store in Townsville, and we had to check it out! I’ve tried their food plenty of times when they were running as a food truck, and I’ve always rated them as having some of the best pork ribs and brisket-loaded fries in Townsville — so seeing them open a permanent location was exciting. They’re only in their second week, still settling into the new space, but the food was exactly what we remembered.
