Marcos Jr. administers the oath of office to Acting Executive Secretary Ralph Recto in a ceremony at the Study Room in Malacañan Palace on November 19, 2025. Acting Executive Secretary Recto brings decades of experience in legislation, public administration and economic management. Before his appointment, he served as the Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary and a Member of the Monetary Board, representing the government sector. From January 2024, he led the DOF in steering fiscal strategy and economic reforms during a period of sustained national recovery and growth.
