Description

Yeah, I know... "Where's the ADSB Alarm?". Well I've been busting a gut since Christmas and the software is nearly ready to drop so I thought I'd show you what I've done to make the alarm far more useful to FPV pilots -- I've added voice. Now, when aircraft enter the configurable alarm zone, it tells you the distance, altitude and speed of the closest aircraft as well as letting you know whether it's approaching or departing. This means that the LCD screen is now optional and you can hang a small bluetooth speaker from your belt while leaving the alarm itself on the ground or anywhere within 10m or so. I'll try to get the build (not that it requires much building) video up by next week and there's a bill of materials in the video. A huge thanks to all my Patreon supporters who've made it possible for me to dedicate the time needed to get this past the finishing post.
