In celebration of the 17th Ibaloy Day, with the theme “Bu-day Shiya Bagiw Mekajo-an say Waray Pan-aadivayan,” the Onjon ni Ivadoy Association, in partnership with the City Government of Baguio, together with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, the Benguet Local Government Unit, various Ibaloy clans and elders and other participating groups, conducted a grand parade and special program on February 23, at Melvin Jones Grandstand, Baguio City. This celebration is authorized under Presidential Proclamation No. 1125, which declares February 23, a special non-working day in Baguio City.
