1 Create a XML file and enter the syntax in the file and save it
2 open the CE simulator panel option and browse to the file location
3. In CE with the client project with the read_var insure that you are connected to the correct simulation port number
4. In the server project simulator, ensure that you are connected to the correct port number as well
