F-16 Viper Initial Training B-Course... with a Wooden Duck!

When you are going through the F-16 Initial Training B-Course, remember to bring a wooden duck! I have no idea why that Viper B-Course student has a wooden duck in the cockpit with him! It’s not for luck! The course is intense. As a student, you’re learning not only how to fly the airplane, but how to employ it against air and ground targets. Air-to-air training is brutal at 9 Gs, trying to stay awake straining at those Gs, working the sensors, keeping track of where the bad guy is, employing several types of weapons… And somehow I don’t think a wooden duck in the cockpit is going to help with any of this.
