For the next 24 hours, I set out on one of the hardest journeys I’ve ever filmed on this channel… hitchhiking across Paraguay trying to reach a remote Amish community hidden deep inside the Chaco near the Bolivia border 🇵🇾 Most people don’t even know Amish communities exist in South America, and getting there was far from easy. The roads were rough, the journey felt endless, and many tourists are warned about traveling through these isolated areas alone. Honestly, I had no idea what would happen next. After three days of traveling, meeting strangers, and pushing through one of the toughest adventures I’ve experienced, I finally reached a side of Paraguay very few outsiders ever get to see.
