Description
Are you having problems with a key fob on a third generation Nissan Rogue SUV? If your Smart Key isn’t responding even after replacing the battery, this video will show you exactly where to find the Intelligent Key (Smart Key) fuse.
This guide applies to Nissan Rogue model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Key Fob fuse is located in a small fuse box under the steering wheel. You want to check Fuse #58 (5A).
If the fuse is good and the battery has already been replaced, the next step is to scan the PCM for diagnostic trouble codes related to the Intelligent Key system. This can help pinpoint whether the issue is with the key fob itself, or the vehicle’s Smart Key system.
